  • We helped Pepe Ganga optimize their purchasing area by implementing a custom-developed, automated purchase order form that consolidated over 40 other formats previously used.  This saved employees a significant amount of time in order processing each week.

  • We also removed manual processing bottlenecks for purchasing and warehousing functions. Real-time visibility was enabled over the entire warehouse operation with a robust WMS solution. The financial visibility was improved by digitizing and centralizing data with integrations and task automation across systems, allowing for informed and fast decision-making. New real-time visibility across finances and operations unlocked speed in problem resolution, creating less operational downtime and improving ROI.

  • Finally, we implemented a new physical and digital layout design for their warehouse, which improved the use of limited space and enabled effective labeling. This allowed teams to increase efficiency by streamlining workflows and reducing the time spent locating items. Enhanced labeling minimized picking errors, leading to greater inventory accuracy and faster order fulfillment.   • We provided the client with the necessary tools to jointly develop a comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) to define requirements aligned to the clients needs. Then we gather detailed information from potential vendors regarding their offerings, pricing and capabilities. A key strategy was analyzing and redesigning all human resources processes prior to defining requirements for the new system. In addition, we provided the necessary documentation and assistance in negotiations with the chosen HRIS.

  • Ethree Solutions identified various areas of opportunity within the Finance and Accounting business areas, including the Procure to Pay process. Together, we created an integrated P2P process where all areas involved were integrated, documented and optimized. This resulted in a reduction of  processing time from months to just 1-2 weeks.

  • Ethree Solutions also helped define, develop and implement a new Risk Assessment process in collaboration with VMO and SAI Global. The new optimized Risk Assessment process gives Triple-S standardized processes consistent with best practices.

    For effective implementation and operational achievements, the approach was divided into 2 phases.

  • We helped design and develop the Vendor Qualification workflow, which includes the Risk Assessment as conducted in C360. This process is triggered when a business unit need can be satisfied by contracting a new vendor. Certification teams also evaluate the Vendor and authorize contracting. 

    With this new process, VMO can appropriately measure and manage third-party suppliers according to the level of risk they present to the Corporation. Overall, the team can measure and manage suppliers faster, obtaining $500M in annual acquisitions.

  • In 2015, FirstBank completed its acquisition of Doral Bank, gaining a significant mortgage portfolio, $522 million in deposit accounts, and 10 branches. To effectively manage this expanded portfolio, FirstBank required an in-house mortgage risk model and DataMart to reduce costs and enhance control over their analytical processes.

    A robust solution was essential to meet auditor and regulatory standards. Data integrity was also crucial for accurate loan evaluations and decision-making. An automated, secure environment was imperative for calculating risk indicators, minimizing human error, and ensuring quicker results.

  • The successful implementation of a new DataMart at First Bank, guided by ethree’s expertise, has led to significant impact metrics. By analyzing and documenting 18 critical files from the outsourced analytical model, the DataMart has streamlined data processes, enhancing access and analysis. 

    This transition has bolstered the bank's in-house risk management capabilities, allowing for more responsive and tailored assessments. Additionally, the meticulous documentation has improved data integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency across risk models. Overall, these accomplishments represent a transformative leap towards data-driven decision-making and strengthened risk management at First Bank.

  • Ethree Solutions completed all expected objectives in the requested time. All the mapping was validated by First Bank, and all the DataMarts were tested and signed off. Documented information was saved in First Bank servers for accessibility, and availability to the risk department followed security protocols. 

    By standardizing and automating the mortgage risk calculations, First Bank reduced their operational costs and eliminated manual tasks. Having data integrated into one place resulted in more effective time and resource management. Commercial executives now understand their calculations and can view and monitor specific metrics.

How an administrator of public transportation digitized fleet management for efficiency—The Track Implementation Project

Ethree Solutions supported AMA in overcoming long-standing challenges with manual processes and outdated systems. We defined a Go-Live plan and helped advance the AMA Track implementation, guiding AMA to a successful rollout. Transitioning to a management role, we oversaw the development of remaining features and ensured the live implementation stayed on schedule while collaborating closely with AMA stakeholders.

  • As part of the implementation initiative, ethree Solutions provided support during the Go-Live period for the Regular Route module. This included training AMA users on the system, documenting issues encountered during the launch and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track daily progress.

    Among the metrics monitored, the team primarily focused on AMA Track’s total uptime, which was around 90% in the initial days of Go-Live due to screen crashes, error messages and other bugs. Fortunately, these issues were addressed swiftly.

    We also tracked the system's usage rate by AMA dispatchers across all 10 terminals, including the Garage. Referred to as User Adoption, this metric indicated how often users were performing data entry tasks within AMA Track. 

    Unfortunately, the Garage was the only terminal showing consistent usage rates. However, these insights helped AMA stakeholders understand user challenges and take steps to increase adoption. Throughout this process, with support from the ethree Solutions team, no data was lost—we ensured that data entry tasks were managed by our team to preserve valuable information related to daily operations.
